Clinical Nutrition Services
Megan is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Masters Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. Since there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition, Megan will provide you with a food plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. Along with specific nutrition recommendations, other lifestyle recommendations will be provided based on your wellness goals. Prior to your first visit you will complete a comprehensive nutritional intake form and 3-day diet diary (printable forms below). The nutritionist will review the information prior to your initial visit.
