Megan is passionate in educating individuals about nutrition and holistic wellness. She works with her clients to develop individualized goals and will create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to their needs and lifestyle. Megan uses a comprehensive nutritional approach to re-balance and restore the body; incorporating nutrients from whole foods, quality supplements and mindful eating strategies.
Jessy Kidder
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jessy grew up in Lowville. She graduated from Cortiva Institute Massage School in Florida in 2005 and Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse NY in 2007. She has been a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008.
Jessy style of massage is deep tissue, trigger point and relaxation. She loves what a massage can do for her clients. She is committed to making each massage the best part of someone’s day. Mindy Swinyer

Mindy one of the most senior therapists at OPEN SKY. She was the second massage therapist to join the practice in 2007. She is a New York Licensed Massage Therapist and attended a two year massage program at Monroe County Community Center in Rochester, NY, completing an Associates Degree. She is from Lowville.
She offers Relaxation Massage, Prenatal/Pregnancy, Adirondack Ritual Body Treatments and hot stone massage. She works out those tensions, knots, and kinks, while soothing and nourishing your stressed nervous system.
She is one of two practitioners offering body treatments at OPEN SKY. The Adirondack Ritual Body Treatment is not to be missed; consisting of an exfoliating scrub, a detoxing mud, and finished with a moisturizing body butter. The client should plan for a 2 hour visit to receive this amazing treatment.
Taylor Dicob
Licensed Massage Therapist
Taylor has been a massage therapist since March of 2013. She joined our team January 2016. She is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist whom attended Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY.
Taylor‘s style of massage is a mixture of Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. She believes massage serves a variety of purposes including relaxation, pain management and improving overall health and wellbeing for everyone.
Taylor completed continuing education to become a Medical Massage Practitioner in the summer of 2015. She is also certified in cupping therapy.
Keri Meyer
Licensed Massage Therapist
Keri joined our team at Open Sky in 2022 after working in Utica for over a decade, where she specialized in hot stone therapy.
Keri graduated from North Country Community College in Saranac Lake in 2008. She completed continuing education in Ashiatsu with Deep Feet in 2016 and received her certification in cupping in 2018.
In addition to her amazing hot stone massage, Keri also specializes in relaxation, deep tissue massage and cupping therapy. She has 13 years of experience and is very passionate about her work as a massage therapist. Keri finds the art of massage an amazing way to bring awareness to one’s body and she enjoys helping clients live a life with less pain and a more relaxed mind and body.
Keri was born and raised in Lewis county and is excited to be working in her own community. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and many animals, as well as extended family and friends.
Shannon Reuter
Licensed Massage Therapist
Shannon has been practicing massage for more than 15 years, is licensed in both New York State and Ohio and is certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is a 2007 graduate of SHI Integrative Medical Massage School and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Massage Therapy.
While open to working with all clients, her passion for working with women and babies is what led to her specialization in Prenatal, Postpartum, Pre-Conception and Infant massage. In addition to being a highly skilled massage therapist, Shannon is also a trained birth doula and Clinical Aromatherapist. In order to better understand the body/mind connection, she is currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology.
Outside of the massage room, Shannon enjoys spending time with her son, writing, learning and hiking the Adirondacks (Aspiring 46er!). Mallory Jackson
Reiki Master
In addition to being a Reiki Master, Mallory is a trained Counselor and Professor in Human Services at Jefferson Community College. Having spent the last ten years working and teaching in the Human Service field, she was drawn to diverse modalities for treating the “whole person”, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges. Reiki offers a natural connection using a holistic approach to manage the challenges and opportunities that life brings us.
Mallory uses Reiki daily and incorporates its energy in all aspects of her life. She is also experienced in Distance Reiki Healing and Animal Reiki. Mallory incorporates guided mediation into Reiki sessions and offers continued support for wellness for clients, after the Reiki session is complete.
What is Reiki? a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Margaret is a licensed esthetician and graduated from Continental School of Beauty in May 2018. She grew up in Copenhagen, NY and is raising her family there.
