Coconut oil<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp. Vanilla <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optional: add dark chocolate chips (I leave \u00bd plain and add chocolate chips to the other half)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Directions:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine shredded coconut, almond flour, coconut flour and Whole Body Collagen in a medium bowl and mix ingredients together. Melt coconut oil, mix in almond butter, pure maple syrup and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix together, add chocolate chips if desired. Chop peppers, combine with bone broth, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, garlic and spices in a large pot. Cover and simmer (about 30-45 minutes) until peppers are tender.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Cook brown rice according to package. Add cooked rice to the pot<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Chop onions and saute with salt and pepper. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add to the pot.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Peel and devine shrimp. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and let sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
